Responsibilities of Employees

Principally these are:

• To take reasonable care for their own health & safety.
• To take reasonable care for the health and safety of others who may be affected by what the employee does or does not do.
• To co-operate with the Employer on health and safety.
• To use equipment & other work items correctly, in accordance with training or instruction.
• Not to interfere with or misuse anything provided for their health, safety or welfare.
